f. User Submissions, etc.
Zadan Services reserves the right to delete messages and/or responses posted to us which we consider to be inappropriate. Zadan Services assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or content of the Online Tech Support Area.

g. Computer Repairs
All customers that do business with us are required to make a first payment of ($50.00 BDS) for Diagnosis to any computer equipment (CPU, Monitors, Printers, etc) and after which, if the item/s is/are fixed, would be required to pay the cost of the repair. If the item/s cannot be fixed there would be no repairs cost, however, the Diagnosis fee must be paid. Customers must collect their item/s within 1-3 business days when notified that item/s is/are finished being repaired.  A form must be filled out and signed by both Customer and Zadan Services representatives indicating the state of the equipment brought to be repaired.

 

h. Acceptance:  The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Service if the Service has not been rejected on or before the 3rd day thereafter. The Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Service in whole or in part after such date.

i. Software: The sale of software or services made by any Zadan Services representative is final. The customer is expected to research all aspects of a software application’s capabilities before making a purchase. By purchasing software from Zadan Services you agree that you have accepted and understand the software's capabilities and capacity to carry out the specific operation for which it is intended. Further, no refunds can be offered or given to customers after the purchase of software in a case where the customer decides that the software cannot fulfill their expectations. A refund may be considered if the software fails to function in part or completely. However, the customer may be required to provide evidence showing the software failing to function before a refund will be considered. Due to the nature of digital downloads, and the ease with which downloadable software can be reproduced, we have to take necessary precautions against attempted fraud.

j. Guarantee: Zadan Services guarantee that the service will fulfill the customers’ expectations if the following criteria is met: The information provided on the submission form when ordering the service is 100% correct.

k. Agreement: By using our site or our services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

l.. Rights of Consumer: Nothing in these Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.

m. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the Laws of Barbados and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barbados.
